Carry All build

I was going to weld up a carry all attachment to use as a light pallet mover and to carry tools. My question is, would 2" angle at 3/16" be sufficient? I was wondering is 3/16 would be thick enough, I was going to copy the style from tractor supply.

I personally wouldn't use angle iron but if I did 1/4"
C channel, I beam or box beam would be way better of material to use, especially use as forks.
