Can't contact Kubotabooks

I scanned an owner's manual (B7100HST/B6100HST) and tried to submit it to Kubotabooks. My e-mail was bounced. If the proprietor of that service is on this forum, can you contact me by PM and I'll provide a link to it?

How big is the file??? Email servers often have limits on the size attachments that they will allow.

Yes, I have the file hosted for KB to download. I was trying to e-mail the link but their server says my IP is blacklisted and bounces the e-mails. (I've sent them stuff before without any problem) I'm not sure why my IP is blacklisted now, trying to sort that out.

He is and he isn't, not active on here.
You probably wouldn't know it, but a lot of times an email address can become blacklisted because it has a virus or malware that is taging along with your emails.
Do you have strong virus protection that is up to date?
Does it scan emails and attachments?
If you do and it does send a email with attachment to yourself and see if anything odd pops up.

A/V is updated nightly. There was no attachment -- just plain text and a link to the downloadable file. My mail client is set to plain text only to prevent virii transmission.

According to the bounce message, it was not the e-mail itself that triggered rejection, it's the IP address of the mail server that relays my e-mail. It's shared by every customer of the ISP, so it probably resulted from someone else's misbehaviour. I put in a ticket, so hopefully they'll get this sorted.
