I have a B2650 with cab. I would like to make the rear tires wider apart to give it more stability. I know there are spacers but I was wondering if there were ajustable wheels out there in that size. Or is spacers the better way to go. My question on spacers is, do they put extra strain on the rear end that will cause more problems.

The wheels on the B2650 are already offset wheels, you're not going to get an adjustable wheel to adjust further.
Just get spacers for the amount of width you want to gain.
Yes spacers add a little possibility of greater forces on the axles and bearings but keeping it reasonable you shouldn't have issues.
