BX2660 Engine oil.

I just bought a new BX2660 and the guy that sold me the tractor suggested using Kubota oil & filters while it is under warranty, I would rather use synthetic oil. What oil are you guys using?

There is no problem going synthetic while still under warranty. Just make sure it is an approved diesel oil for you engine.
I switched all my Kubota's over once the initial 50 hour service came due. Never a problem.

I did the same - switch to synthetic at the first service interval. It seems to start quicker and run better with synthetic oil. I would also recommend using good quality filters as well.

I run Royal Purple synthetic 10w40 and a K&N Premium Gold Oil filter... a little overkill, but you can never been too safe.
