Hi,
New here, not sure if this has been covered yet.
Picked up a BX2750D snow blower for my BX23S, came of a BX25, all mounts/shafts fit perfectly. Had to convert the two pioneer hydraulic fittings to the flat face versions (Parker FEM-251-4FP-NL), attached pic to show the connections.
I enjoy the tips on here.

Hi. Saw an old post of yours about putting a bx2750d on your bx23s. All the mounting fit right on with no modifications other than the hydraulic couplings? I have a chance to buy a complete set up for $2500. Just wanted to be sure it would work. You are the only one I have found that has done this.
Thanks Steve

I read on another thread that the only 'problem' is that you can't open the hood all the way on an 80 series BX with the older K connect system on it. Is that true?
