BX23S Light Switch Panel Removal

I have studied the switch panel in the BX23S factory cab, and I have no idea of how to access the inside of the panel. I don't see any attachment hardware, so it is truly a mystery how to get into it to add additional switches for rear lighting, etc..

yeah, I 'cheated'. Mounted a 4 channel RF Wireless 'module' in the angle portion of the left ROPS base(well protected), got power from the FACTORY wires under the blue tape. Key fob has A-B-C-D, B controls upper LED lights, D opens garage door.
