don't have a deck but.... will 090 the left plate, fit the holes on the right side , if turned upside down ?

Do ANY other decks HAVE the right plate ? Maybe check Google images ??
perhaps K decided it wasn't needed after the die was made(so all decks have the 'right side drain holes' ....?
maybe the version after serial number xxxxxxx- ,it was deleted, so picture IS correct ?

as for not making sense, Purlater ships all my packages an extra 140 KM,burning up more fuel and time

This is a picture of my BX 54" mower deck from a while back. Looks same as yours.

What those extra holes are for is when you have the Kubota rear bagger . There is a plate that bolts on that side that diverts the grass more towards the back of the opening .

Sorry for the thread drift… but Exactly What does a ”scalp plate” theoretically accomplish?…and HOW?

(Does the blade-actions “suck” air …thereby sucking grass in-toward-the-blades prematurely causing them to bend and be cut higher on that side..?? (the plate preventing their bending into the blades until they “pop” upright to be cut?)

If it's the same as ZT mowers, it's a skid plate (with or without a wheel) that keeps the deck from bottoming out on uneven terrain.

right coast
Probably related to the rotational direction of the blades and cut grass.
