My BX2360 started shaking and stalling while I was mowing. Replaced the fuel filters. Bled lines per manual instructions - turned key on 30 sec., started it up. Worked for a few minutes but now barely runs, shuddering badly, before conking out. Assuming this is a fuel system issue, what should I do next? Not experienced with cleaning/repairing/replacing injectors or the fuel pump but hoping to give it a go. Can't find good info with pics or videos on this machine. The manual is no help. Advice or tips on where to find good instructions will be MOST appreciated.

Sadly, I think you've got 'floating crud' IN the tank. Happened to my then new BX23S 5 years ago, tiny sliver of plastic got wedged in the tank's outlet spigot. Had to remove tank to properly clean it.
rather doubt it'll be injectors or pump but.....
one possible test. Remove fuel line at injector pump, place into can, turn key on. 'lift' pump will go tik-tik-tik and fuel should squirt out into can.
The 'shuddering badly' does sound like blockage IN the tank though. Kubota quoted me 3 hours to remove/clean/reinstall..I took a slow 3 days , dang seat assy is HEAVY and AWKWARD and the fender tin wasn't fun either. Overall an easy job though, except I broke one knob ( $7). If there is a 'floater',odds are you can't get it out due to the 3 chambered tank design.but, hey...YOU might get lucky......

I agree with Jay .

1st question - when you hold the key to glow - do you here the fuel pump run????

If so:

Do this - pull off the first filter after clamping the line, the get a glass jar and remove clamp and see if it will "pee" fuel at a constant rate - IF it slows down, then Jay hit the nail on the head.

Report back your findings

How many fuel filters does the tractor have and did you replace them all?

You can also try to take the fuel line off of the lift pump (side closest to the tank) and see if it has good flow. If not then push a puff of compressed air back to the tank and see if the flow improves. That would show that the outlet of the tank was clogged.

Use fairly little air and fairly low pressure air.. Loosen the tank cap but don’t remove it.

Sooo, today it started up - pleasant surprise after calling the shop to come get it tomorrow. But after about 15 minutes of mowing it started to shudder and nearly stall again. Did not matter if I was running the mower or not, though it was a bit worse when it was running. It did not matter if I was heading uphill or down. The engine would rev, maybe run fine for 15 seconds, shudder, rev, run...Rinse and repeat. GreensvilleJay, does it still sound like gunk in the tank or something else?

Did you pull the line and do a flow test as described?
