The original instrument clusters are obsolete and unavailable. Used & good is a very slim possibility.
Check that the instrument cluster plug has voltage and ground. Test all the fuses.
They are also famous for corroding the pins in the cluster (where the connector plugs onto the back side) until the pins rust away into rust dust or break off from vibration. Similar corrosion damage inside the cluster if it has been wet inside the cluster frequently.
My BX25 (2360) still has a fully operational cluster. It's stored indoors.
Rain/melted snow/excessive condensation kills the instrument clusters.
Some time ago, Kubota came out with a technical service bulletin.
It pertained to installing the newer instrument clusters into the older 2360 & 2370 machines.
It also provided coverage for the 26 HP variants and the loader backhoe tractors additionally.
I recall the xx60 machines required some type of a connector adapter harness/plug.
I have seen reports from Forum users here that the newer replacement clusters are also now unavailable and obsolete. Others have claimed to have purchased new replacement clusters.
I bought a used BX2370 in February/March 2025 and part of the sales "experience" on that used machine was getting one of the new replacement clusters installed in it.
The newer style cluster was available as of Feb/March 2025. My Dealer installed one, brand new with zero hours.
If the new style clusters are still available, call one of the big online sellers and ask them.
Messick's and/or Coleman Equipment.
Make sure you're sitting down when you get a price quote.
If they aren't available, me personally, I would be installing a mechanical temperature gauge and a small
electronic diesel tachometer. Everything else including the fuel gauge is fluff.

Used is a possibility, likely slim.

You'll need a digital multi meter and a 12 volt test light to diagnose cluster issues, and wiring diagrams, and some hand tools. I also recall the replacement clusters are model specific.
Be really certain you're buying the correct replacement cluster.
Enjoy your BX, they are wonderful machines!
