BX2350 Won't turn over

I was mowing my field around the house when the fuel level got a little low. I pulled up to the garage and killed the motor and filled it up. When I went to restart, it wouldn't turn over. I have checked the seat shut-off and it appears to be working I weigh 220 lbs so that shouldn't be an issue. Is there another shutoff I can check or should I concentrate on the seat?

Jiggle the PTO handle if the PTO was on when you shut off the motor,, it will not start with the PTO engaged

If HST move the pedal back and forth to center it.

That's not a tractor fix that's a toilet fix!
