after mowing I always blow out grass clippings off desk and gears. left it idling, went to move it and pedal was stuck- hit it again and pop, metal rod under pedal pulled out of knuckle (tie rod end). since then I've gotten new rod and end and put it back on. No matter how I adjust it wont stay in neutral. Forward is fine but reverse is slow and wont allow to go farther. Plus it wont stay in neutral and even at idle moves in reverse a little. idea? I have heard of adjustment of diff things, or high fluid so foam, or pressure circuit for reverse.

note:
tie rod knuckle end was worn out. went to Kubota dlr and had knuckle but no rod. tried to get rod off rusted knuckle and broke rod end off. was able to take out remaining threads of rod and use old rod with 2 threads on old knuckle. banged edges of rod to get ball to stay in. worked for a while. then got new parts (first they had no parts, then gave wrong part -left handed end and right threaded rod). :(
