I think I'll be switching from green to orange with a new bx1860-54" deck and hydraulics. What should I be able to buy this for? Also would be interested in eventually getting a front mounted snowblower, and would appreciate any advice. Thanks

Probably looking at a new one, local dealer is at $10,400 plus tax and 3 grand for the snowblower with manual chute. Could be interested in a used machine, the only thing I've found was a bx2660 with a 60" deck, 100hrs for about the same money

When in doubt go bigger! Most of us wish we had the chance to go back and get a bigger tractor from the start. I'd say if you can get the 26hp BX2660 for the same price as an 18hp BX1860 Id get the bigger of the two for sure!

$9600 ??? Ouch, I just priced a new one last year (1860) for $6900. Hard to believe they have come up that much.
I eventually bought a used bx2230 for $6200 with 54 mmm and canopy and 368 hrs, love the machine. Spent 5 hrs on it yesterday.

$6900!!! Wow- on the kubota website it lists out for $11892. Found a 2010 Bx25 with 125hrsfor $15k. I already have a fullsize backhoe but that seems like a pretty good deal. I started out to get something to mow with and now I'm thinking about spending $15,000. I better dial it back a bit.

Just to update- bought the bx1860 w 54" deck and hydraulic control delivered for $9100. There were four dealers closer to me than the one I bought from that all quoted over $10k so it pays to shop.
