Maybe someone can share similar experiences and suggest a fix.
Firstly i have checked all safety swithes and fuses, also replaced a sticky Shut down solenoid.One of two conditions are present during start up of the BX1850.
Condition#1: sitting on the seat, all levers in the proper location, turn key, unit will start but when you rock the speed control pedal the unit will immediately activate the engine shut down solenoid. The Key shut down will also function, like it should.
Condition #2: Same as condition 1
all levers in the proper location for starting, sitting in the seat, unit will start when key activated and move forward and backward as required when speed control pedal pressed, all other functions operate as per normal with one exception, it will not shut down when the key is turned off.
After reviewing the electrical diagram the timer relay is my next replacement part.
Any ideas anyone.
