Hello all,

I have a BX1500 that will turn over but will not start. I have fuel to the injection pump, I have pulled the hard lines and have fuel out of the injection pump but I haven’t seen if there is any pressure test specifically for the pump. The hard lines have fuel going through them, I replaced the injectors but I did cheap out on the replacements.
I still have no start, there is no smoke out of the exhaust pipe. I believe I am still not getting fuel but I’m not sure what to test next to confirm.
Any guidance is greatly appreciated, thank you!

Bingo we have a winner!
Cheap injectors fail more times than they work!

Get a set of good injectors ( Oregon fuel injection ) and then bleed all air out of the injector lines.

I've seen this many times, I believe you need to send your injection pump out to be tested. If you pulled the hard lines off that pump, you may have knocked the timing off on the injection pump. those hard lines are screwed to the pump and the nuts just below them are to time the pump. They are usually painted together and if you go to crack the nuts on the lines without putting a wrench on the lower nuts you will throw off your injection timing. I even mark their orientation before I even try removing these lines. It doesn't take much! Also, it would be good to have pump checked. I had a tractor that had been sitting for months we took the injection pump out and found rust on the rack. These pumps are made very precise, and you should not take them apart unless your very knowledgeable.

Thank you for your response, I made sure to hold those nuts tight as a loosened the hard lines, but you still could be right. Is there a preferred tester/rebuilder that everyone uses?
