Using my bx25 yesterday to burn brush, all was working well for some time. Then noticed it developed auto dump, bucket will not stay in position rolls down. Other functions are fine. Took a look at linkage appears ok. Valve feels strange when moving stick. Anybody run into this or have thoughts.

You didn't accidently get a little too close to the fire and heat up the dump cylinder by chance?
Don't believe got to close to fire. Other functions are fine. If cylinder issue what's best way to verify

sounds like something INSIDE the valve body is stuck allowing fluid to be restricted. You sure it is not in the float position?
float working ,up,down,and curl back fine. with bucket all the way up and curled back , will slow creep/roll down
