I've now broken the headlight assembly on my BX for a second time. Bit the bullet and ordered another one ($120) from Messick's and now I just can't get this one installed. I even removed the hood and took it down on my workbench so I could sit and contemplate it, but the holes just won't line up right. I'm wondering if anyone else has had trouble with these things. My issues with breakage comes when removing or installing the lower shroud which is bad enough, but now not being able to even install the new one is driving me crazy.
