BX Hazard Lights

For what it's worth, I noticed on some of the other forums people indicating they had issues with the hazard lights on their BX not working. My hazard lights were not working as well. The fuse was not blown, and there was proper grounding. I pushed the switch out from the under side of the dash panel, pulled the switch apart and cleaned the contacts with electrical cleaner, applied a little electrical grease and put it back together. Less than 10 minutes and now they work fine.

Yeah, but I'll bet they got wet in the past.

The switches are definitely not waterproof. Some guys have unique solutions, but I'm waiting for a direct replacement that is waterproof. Doesn't have to be Kutbota but needs to work flawlessly and just pop in without a bunch of cutting or fitting.

Better recheck that switch, if not re-assembled correctly they'll blink on when the should be off and off when they should be on ...
