I recently bought a BX2200 with most of its three-point hitch parts missing. The dealer wants $720 and Amazon wants $400+. I think this is too much! I have a heavy duty turnbuckle that seems to be the right size for the top link (13” closed, 18” fully open). I have another turnbuckle that fits on the lower link and I can get another at the hardware store. I can weld up some lifting rods. Is there any reason to not use these parts? The attachments I want to use on the 3-point hitch are: snow blower, box blade and ballast box. Thanks for the advice. IMG_1603.jpeg IMG_1604.jpeg

My dealer quoted me $500 for a complete 3pt kit this spring for my bx23. kubota brand. You will be happier with the kubota kit.

Pick up a pair of these instead of the turnbuckles, you won't regret it.

+1. The only negative on the BX2380 has been the 3pt mounted snowblower. The plastic safety bell shaped shield clearance with the 3pt bottom hinge, spacer plate needed to be flipped bottom side up. The plate on the OP's bottom photo where the turnbuckles attach to.

I have couple implements that are not QH compatible. Need to adjust the various width needed at the pins. Sliding stabilizer bars make life easy. Plus the stock turnbuckle units look to be less robust.
