I think you're missing a zero there.

I assume the mower deck is bundled with the tractor on the line item?

Is the "quick coupler" a "skid steer quick attach" on the loader? Some people like pin on buckets for more capacity in the BX series.

Are you sure "you" want R14 tires?

Looks pretty "close" to an offer I recently priced.

Messick’s had an interesting video about tires on youtube this week.

Seems like the R-14’s will damage a lawn.

Yep. It all goes back to what are you doing with this machine...I swear, Kubota should be paying Messicks for the awesome content that guy publishes about their equipment and tractors in general.

Depending on what you're doing (I see a mower deck, so I assume some mowing) I'd be getting turfs and not loading them. Otherwise looks pretty standard. Questions are probably:
- What are you doing with it? Do you need a grapple (and therefore third function)?
- Are you doing any snow work, do you need snow equipment
- Are you doing any driveway maintenance, do you need rear remotes for top and tilt
- Are you sure a BX is right - B2601 is a better machine for most tasks and not much more expensive

R14’s on a BX are way less aggressive than the R14’s on Neil’s LX. I have them on my BX turf damage is not an issue.

I would assume that you are pricing just West of the Maine border?

Uncle is afraid if any issue(s) arises with the tractor and its bought from a dealer other then his local dealer. His tractor will be on the back burner waiting as they serve their regular customers first.
So his decision.

Your uncle will very likely pay a significant number of extra $$$ to cover that "what if" scenario.
Does your uncle have "Car Shield" also?
