I am getting ready to put away my mower deck for my new BX 2370, and doing the first greasing, but I've got one grease zerk that won't take any grease. I changed the zerk out with a new one, still won't take grease. The zerk is the one for the "self balance" system, no not a super critical bearing but still should get grease right?

I have the same mower deck. I took the linkage all apart, cleaned it out and it stills is hard to take grease. I think the tolerance is so close that there is hardly any room for grease.

There is a small tool consisting of a cylinder and a piston, maybe 3 inches long. The cylinder has the fitting to fit on the 'zerk and the piston goes in the other end.. You fill the cylinder partly with grease, insert the piston, attach to fitting and whack that piston with a hammer to force in grease under the shock. Chances are there is a plug somewhere .
