Does anyone know if a TW120 Rhino 10 ft. brush cutter is a good quality and worth $8,400 new? Good deal or not? Thanks for your comments.

I have had several different brands of cutters but never a rhino. Since no personal experience with them I won't say anything bad about them. I will say that Bushhog brand cutters have been very good to me over the years and would hard to beat. I looked the specs up on both, the bushhog cutter has higher blade tip speed so it should have better cut quality. I have 4 cutters and 3 of them are Bushhogs.
Price, not sure how the rhino is equiped. I priced a Bushhog last year and it was about the same as what you listed. It had heavy duty cushion ride rear axle, dual tail wheels, hyd lift on the axle and safety chains installed as well. Hope this helps.
