BX23s owner looking to put a skid plate on my tractor. I really like the BroTec rear and mid plates and want to place an order. I've been trying to get a quote for shipping as required in the shopping cart due to the US tarriffs, but I've been unable to get a quote for at least a weeks worth of trying.

Is anyone else having this difficulty?

Has anyone been able to buy from them lately?

How can i get in touch with them? I've even sent an email to sales and still crickets.

Hotmail? Gmail?

Bush league. Amateur hour. Garage hobby. Not serious about being a business.

I'd go elsewhere.

When I bought my wheels speakers from Bro-Tec a couple years ago they were responsive and I received them quickly. Of course at that time there were no tariff issues and the net effect was no different than ordering from a US state. Perhaps the business climate changed how doing business with customers in the United States works, and has put them into a non-competitive situation?

The Hotmail and Gmail email addresses cited above might be artifacts from the past. Their website gives the the following contact information:

I think you nailed it.

AI skims OLD internet posts, old social media sources, inaccurate info from 3rd party sources, using obsolete sales literature stuff, etc... is the risk of not going to the source.

I wonder how many "mistakes" are made every second by people trusting AI / social media / internet hoping what they see / read is actually correct.

Call the company on the phone or use current info from their website.

Can't flame a business for others choices to use outdated or old / fake / obsolete info can we?

That is a real possibility, and would certainly explain why they have not responded.

I can't imagine using contact info from any place OTHER THAN the company's official website. Taking search engine results???? AI or not, that's just dumb. Information changes! /SMH/

My request that i didn't get a reply from was thru their website "contact" form so maybe that's not working for them.

Google reviews show recent 5 star reviews.

A lot of small businesses have lousy websites that don't work well. It's not a place for DIY or letting your uncle's cousin twice removed do it because he once did Uncle Elmer's website.
