What kind of crap it Kubota using for parts. This just broke on me lowering the throttle when I was parking in the garage. Doesn't look to bad to replace provided where it goes isn't under any pressure. Just remove the 2 nuts and replace. Its only 3 years old. Anyone else have this happen?

I've seen that before a few times. Every time it was caused by the operator having the friction set too high on the throttle. Not saying that's what caused it here---just what I've seen on the internet so it has to be true.

My throttle was always hard to move to the point I would tap hard to get in position. When I replace it, will look into easing the lever.

Just went through the manual to see how to adjust the throttle. Did not see anything. When I get the part in and get this taken apart, hopefully there is something in thereto do the adjustment.

Mine was doing the exact opposite, was too lose and RPM's would decrease as I operated the tractor. Snugged the nut under the cover and all is well. Had to "adjust" it so it wasn't too tight or too lose. May have to "adjust" it again over time since I didn't put lock tight or anything on it.
