I am about half way to my 50 hours so I was dinking around with my B2650, checking bolts and nuts and whatever. The little bolts that are on the FEL pivot points are 10 mm, there are 8 or 10 of them. These bolts were in different degrees of tightness. I realize they are not supposed to be super tight so that the FEL can operate but you would think they would be similar. I went ahead and put them to a couple of threads from touching, I think the nut has that nylon insert so that it will not slip. Anybody else notice this? Also the operators manual shows bolts that are not on my machine, I guess they do the manual for multiple platforms.

Yep. Assembly manual shows to leave about a 1/4" gap between the nut and the pin's boss, so that the bolt is loose. It's not supposed to be fully tightened, that's why it's got a nylock nut.

You mean 10mm bolt head right? I think mine is a 7mm bolt with a 12mm bolt head, yours is probably smaller, probably a 6mm bolt. No need for them to be tight, they are basically just a pin to hold the pivot pin in place. As long as you have a couple of threads past the nylon you should be good.
