Hey guys! I run a L3560 with a blower attachment on a regular basis, and we’ve been having an issue with the blower attachment pulling up. Most of the time it works fine, but every so often when you pull the controls back to raise the attachment it raises extremely slow. It will run like that for 10mins - 1hour then work fine again. We’ve brought it into a truck shop multiple times but it never happens while it’s there so the guys say they can’t fix it….go figures. Hydraulics are all fine on the machine. We’re assuming it’s an electrical issue, but figured we’d check in here to see if there’s any common causes/fixes before we start tracing wires. Thanks in advance for the help!!

Why would you think it would be a wiring issue?

It's a hydraulic lift right?

Have you tried to disconnect and reconnect the supply lines that control it?

A wild guess: water in the oil freezing somewhere (lowest point) and then thawing and work shop is warm, so they never see this?

Normal issue is water freezing in the detent section of the control valve.
Any water in oil would get thawed in a quick hurry as the fluid is quite warm when working even in the coldest of circumstances.
