Changed hydraulic filter on tractor now no hydraulics, the filter screws down with the opening down so it cant be filled prior to installing. First tractor any help would be great, thanks

I dont have a clue what a DaeDong L3503 is but in general the system will bleed itself at startup. If all you changed was the filter check the seal between filter and housing.

On these older gray market Kubota's you commonly need to prime the pump.
a couple ways to accomplish this.
If the suction line goes into the end or the bottom of the pump and the pressure like comes off the top loosen the pressure line and run it being quick to shut it off if you get fluid flowing.
