I've seen people blow a hole in a fork and just add a ball as needed. Cheaper but of course you need a plasma cutter.

Blow a hole in one of the forks they have on their lift or even seen that on FEL bucket. I am lucky enough to have a QC on my FEL so I am going to purchase from Titan Manufacturing the QC fork/bale spear and has a 2" receiver in as well but will opt for the $79 plate version that slides like the forks so I have greater flexibility.
