I am looking for a subframe kit for my B2710, made in 2001, so I can use a BH77 backhoe.
Kubota says there was no subframe kit made for a B2710. The B2710 was to be use with a 3 pt only with a BL4690 backhoe.

While pressing the Kubota salesman I mention B7800 tractor has a subframe kit, BH4974 and the tractor looks to be the same size as a B2710. He says Kubota has no data that it will fit without modification but will not say anymore.

So my question does anybody know if you can use a B7800 subframe kit on a B2710.

Has anybody done it?
If modification to the kit is required what are the issues?
Does the hydraulics part of the kit work or does it need to be changed?

Thanks,
B2710 owner

I have a B2710 with a Woods Backhoe. The original attachment for the backhoe would go on the 3pt pins and connect to a bracket under the tractor. This failed miserably and was eventually determined to be an inferior mount for the backhoe. The Woods backhoe manufacturers provided a completely different subframe free of charge I just had to pay for the installation. The new subframe is much more sturdier and has been working great for over 10 years. I will have to get specifics (part numbers, specs, etc...) if you think this is something that will work for you.

Sorry I do not. The best I could do would be to put pictures here with a tape measure to see if it will be close enough for you...

If you can get a photo with a tape measure that would be great. Also a photo from the front an back of the subframe mounting locations on the tractor.
Thanks,

Take a look at BH4975B this is for a B2630. Have no idea how close kin they are. Just for reference I found this in the assembly instructions for the BH 77 on page 5.

That is the exact same as mine. He states in his ad he does not have the sub frame and he had it on a L3800. That being the case the sub frame will be different for a B. If I am correct in my thinking the BH 75,76, AND 77 all have the same mounting pins to the sub frame. All my experience is with L tractors. I bought my BH 77 and removed the frame from a L3800 with a LA 524 it is now on a L 3700 SU with a LA 463. Have since bought a sub frame off ebay from Messicks (NOS) for a L 3400 and LA463 for a BH75 this is on dad's L3800 and LA524. All bolt holes and mounting points matched perfect.
