Beware of SCAM artist - Ultimate Market Place

I got a call from someone with this outfit out of Nebraska - The Ultimate Marketplace

He said he saw my listing for sale on TractorHouse.com and told me that he works to facilitate private buyers by getting them financed to move on machinery they don't have the cash for and then trying to get me (the seller) to pay a $399 fee. He used your typical car saleman approach " are your ready to go ahead and get this done so i can get my buyers lined up"

Be Smart People dont ever give your money to someone like this!

I failed to mention the company has 18 BBB complaints and an F rating. Also, a quick google search revealed I am not the only one this has happened to, there are several tractor forums talking about this company and I wanted to add it to orange talk.

The fer failed attempts at Tractor House I had trying to sell my tractor I had the same problem. But I'd out smart them and shut them down real quick. Point blank told them I'm not paying a damn dime for anyone to sell MY tractor for ME, nor am I in a hurry to sell. I'd also go onto say if I was in a hurry I'd come FIND YOU, if I wanted your help. If they wanted to argue with me, screw it I'd hang up the phone.

I did post on the ad for anyone interested to call and leave a voice mail and that I would be screening calls to sort out the SPAM and I would promptly return the phone call. That helped alot too.
