Hello all. I'm new to the site and I have a question. I own a L35TLB with 800 hrs and after developing a loud squeaking noise when curling the loader bucket I discovered one of the shafts is bent that curls the loader bucket. When curled all the way down I see the shaft is flexing after the bucket stops. What causes this? It seems the shaft is pushing beyond the limit of the bucket. Are there any adjustments that can be made to the cylinder itself to shorten it or at the hydraulic controller? I need to learn what's causing this before I have the cylinder repaired or replaced. Thank you very much for any information you can share on this.

There is neither an adjustment on the hydraulic control or the cylinders.

Most times I see this it's from a bent QA adapter.
Some thing is bent besides the cylinder rod, either the front frame, QA adapter or an arm.

Get the cylinder to a hydraulic shop before it is damaged beyond repair. Many bent push rods can be straightened.

If your bucket will curl until it looks like a trough you can fill completely, then one mistake many make is tipping the bucket forward and then use the cutting edge of the bucket to grade like a dozer blade. The linkage which will allow the bucket to tip way back does not like being subjected to large forces as occurs when tilted forward and pushing ground, gravel or rocks. Seized pins can put bending forces on a cylinder push rod as well.
