Belly PTO Wont Turn. B3200 HST

Hello All

I have a B3200 HST with a problem in which the rear PTO will turn, but the belly PTO will not turn (visually confirmed both)

There is slight rattle when it is engaged, but the PTO does not move.

I have added about a gallon of hydraulic fluid, but the problem remains.

I'd love any advice you all could provide on how to trouble shoot.

My next step, unfortunately, is to have it hauled to the "stealership", which, given my distance, is nearly $500 round trip.

I really want to fix it myself.

Does it have a lever to engage the mid-PTO? Have you verified the lever moves to whatever it is attached to?

The lever can engage either PTO separately.
