Backhoe for L3420

Hello all,

Newbie here to the forum with a couple of questions.

Will a backhoe attachment from a older L48 fit and operate on a 2010 L3420?

Are all backhoes made by one or two manufactures to specific tractor specs. In other words would a New Holland hoe fit on a Kubota with minor fabricating to the frame mount?

Generally speaking, the backhoes are not tractor specific. The mounting brackets and subframes though are.

I seriously doubt a hoe from an L48 would hitch up too a 3420. The hoe on the L48 was a subframe mount. You'd have to do a ton of converting over to make it fit the 3420.
