My quest to find Agri wheels suitable for my B8200HST continues...

Having failed to find wheels at any Kubota dealer, or independent supplier, I have found a company here in Ireland who will make wheels to my specifications. The information I have is taken from TractorData.com:

Front 6-12
Rear 12.4-16 or 8.3-24

The 24inch rears would be a better choice, I think?

They just called to say that they can't find any information on the B8200, and want to know the front/rear drive ratio. That information is probably in the WSM (my copy is mid-atlantic on a slow steamer!) - can anybody shed some light on that? I offered to measure the existing grass wheels but they insist on having the Kubota data.

If anybody here has a set of agri wheels on a B8200 and can take some measurements it would make my day :)

Hi!
Drive ratio on a B8200 is 1.691 whether HST or gear drive. Tire ratio should be the same or with a slight front tire lead. Hope this helps!

Thanks Ed!

I finally got an answer from Kubota:

(1) Ratio of front axle rotation to rear one: 1.6911

(2) Front wheel dimension:
Hole size:M12-Pitch 1.25mm-6 holes, Flange Dia:145mm
Circle Diameter of 6 bolts hole: 115mm

(3) Rear wheel dimension:
Hole size:M16-Pitch 1.5mm-6 holes, Flange Dia:186mm
Circle Diameter of 6 bolts hole: 150mm

Dropping this information here in case it helps somebody in the future.

That's interesting, Dion.

When I enquired of the Kubota dealer, the (very helpful) gentleman at the parts counter told me that the wheels were NLA/obsolete. He suggested that I ask the sales guy for suggestions, saying that some of the newer tractors might have compatible wheels. He failed to return my calls.

When I emailed Kubota UK for the wheel dimensions, I explained my prediament. They didn't offer any solution from their current product range (but they did give me the wheel data posted above).

The bolt pattern(rear wheels) on many of the B series Kubota tractors is a common implement wheel dimension, 6 bolts/6" diameter with a 4 5/8" pilot hole, Search for implement wheels and you will find many wheels available in that bolt pattern in 15" and 16" sizes including different wheel widths and offsets.

Above are a few different places I have found for rear wheels for my B5100E and B7500HSD

differences in offsets can be managed by moving the wheel hub flange either in or out on the axle shafts in the provided holes.

Hope this helps
