I have a B7500 with Goodyear 33x12.5-15 turf tires. My tires need to be replaced. The Goodyear’s sell for around $400 each. That prices seems outrageous to me. I’m looking at purchasing a cheap pair of truck mud tires for about $180 each. The mounted diameter of the Goodyear’s is listed at 33.8 inches, the mud tires are .75 to 1 inch shorter. I know I need to stay in a ratio between the front and back tires. Is this difference too much. I only use 4x4 when I need it, and never drive on paved surfaces with it engaged. Does anyone have any other options? I can’t believe Goodyear is the only manufacturer making these tires.

I bought these from Mavis Tire 2-3 years ago. They’ve been fine and match up w the correct ratio.
Dirt Commander. Centennial. 33x12.5. I don’t remember the cost but they were less than $200 each

My tires are about half worn and I had the same idea as far as truck mud tires.
About the only drawback I could see is the stiffness of the tire carcass, especially if it was a higher load rating. When it comes time, I suspect I'll go that route.
