Well Daddy LOL, Sounds like you've got a direct short to ground.
In the automotive world, I like to utilize fuse savers first to avoid unnecessary blowing of multiple fuses.
The components on that particular circuit will need to be isolated (unplugging components). Some of our awesome hands on here can probably help you determine whose all on that circuit. I cannot.
Bring each component back online one by one until you figure out which component is shorting the circuit. From there, you'd be inspecting each harness for potential defective wiring or an actual component shorted internally. You can sometimes use a multimeter set on ohms to check the resistance of each circuit to catch this.
