This is my first tractor so I don't know all the lingo but I will do my best to describe my issue. I am using my FEL to level out and flatten some ground by dragging the dirt as I drive backwards. My FEL has now lost its ability to lock into place. When I try the level some dirt the FEL pivots up on its own like I have the controller in the float position. If I lift the FEL up off the ground I can even manually tilt the bucket up. What went bad? I am not leaking any fluid.

Is it possible one of your couplings came loose? Maybe try re-connecting all your hydraulic connections (the disconnects)???

Could be. I will disconnect them and try it. Even though I can manually tilt the buck the bucket still works. I can pick up a load of dirt and work the buck as normal.
