My B7200 kabota, runs in low speed, but put in high speed, looses power and kills the engine, even going up a slight incline. Is this a hydraulic, pump failure? I've looked at pumps on line, it says easy install, then says professional install recommended. Is this my possible problem and is install that difficult? Thanks for anyone's input.

Check your fuel filters .under load if clogged it will starve engine .for fuel causing shut down

No it's not a Hydraulic Pump failure.
Could be an HST failure, but that's not very likely.
Does the engine bog down?
If it does bog down, does it smoke?

When was the last time you did fluids and filters?
Have you checked the fuel filter and the air filter?

When was the last time it was refueled?
Smell the fuel does it smell like gasoline?

Thats an old machine and may just be getting tired. I had a DT and it still struggled with grades in high range.

Agree with @North Idaho Wolfman not a hydraulic pump issue. Need more information could be 2 possible scenarios. 1. Engine not performing optimally whether worn out or fuel/air related or 2. Hydrostat issue. More details needed on how and what exactly happens
