Has anyone here replaced their worn out loader valve? I have a B7200HST with one that the pins&pivots are worn out on, on a 1630 loader. still woks but sloppy- Would like to find a bolt on replacement if I could.

I have changed my old AICO loader valve assy' on my B6100 some months ago. The old one was leaking, sloppy and more or less done. Having said this, the valve have been operating for maybe 30+ years. Not bad.
New valve is (so far) tight, works well and looks nice. it wasn't quite bolt on, but rather close.

Thanks for the reply- I think I will go ahead and just buy a whole new loader valve- prob a single lever model but that seems the way to go. there have not been any replys as far as re-pinning one to tighten it up so I guess no one has dome it. I suppose i could, and then it would prob start leaking a month down the road.... might as well spend the long dollar I guess... thanks! Ron in Maine

If you're willing to buy a new replacement, another way to look at it is there's nothing then to lose by modifying what you've got to take the slop out. I'd sure try it if it were mine. If it doesn't work out, then replace it.

Take a look at my post of the B219 loader I just rebuilt this year, I found the pin and linkage at Mcmaster-Carr.
