And there must be demand/reason they now make regular Ssqa for a full size skid to a mini skid adapter. Its to use mini skid attachment on a full size skid. Go figure, why is that if you can get every attachment u need for a full size skid?

Got the loader done and all the tape off. The krylon "old kubota orange" i tried first. Still just a hair to much red in it. The popsicle orange may be a hair light but i think it matches my original faded paint better or good enough.

Got the loader on. Found out the b7200 gear 4wd the FEL bottom middle bracket will not work on the b7200 HST 4wd. But i can get the mower brackets that were on it to work with a little modification. Got to hook up the hydraulics too.

Found a 4 in 1 48" new miniskid bucket for a good price. Looks like the perfect size for my 7200. Ive read a lot of comments on 4 in 1 buckets. People Love or hate them seems appropriate. Depends on what you are doing with them.
I have grapple and forks on a bigger unit already so wanted to try 4 in 1. Just a bit more money than a regular bucket.
Any thoughts on why i shouldnt use a 4 in 1 mini on a b7200?
Picking up some steel i need for the fab work today.
This bucket looks more heavy duty than the original beat up bucket i have. 900$ not a steal but im going with it.

im modifying full size skid attachments to fit miniskid plate. Wont b using those locking pins either.
Sorry more actual fab work pics coming. Hope this works lol

Got the new full size skid plates. Will take all the hardware off. Cut one down to fit in mini skid plates already. u can see in the pic. May be able to use pin side too.
Got some brackets made up to the loader mounts. Drilled 12 holes total with 4 in the wrong location lol. 2 square tubing will be welded on and between. Then miniskid mounts welded on to these. Then all kinds of support pieces where needed.

Picked up the 4 in 1 bucket. 310lbs makes the original 60" kubota bucket look like a tin can. Some may still be too big for this tractor. Fit very nicely in my mitsubishi outlander
Ill put it in front of loader later to see how it looks size wise and post a pic...

Late night. All tacked up ready for trial fit. Turns out i have one kind of bad issue. See next post and pics for that. Might be a show stopper for this bucket.

Everything else fit pretty good. My pivots did end up being couple inches in front of the pivot. Very difficult to see hooking up. No practice either

Here is the issue. My brackets only havr about a 1/2 inch clearance to the bucket hydraulic cylinders. I had to take the hoses off because they were mounted in the way and hose too short to move. Y
U can see in these pics... not sure what to do here. Any suggestions? Anyone following this thread even lol?

I’m following. Those cross bars may have to come back forward to give that hydraulic fitting room.

I never thought about the cylinders interfering with loader.

Yes you can flip the cylinder. Just be aware the hoses will be moving as cylinder is opened/closed. Hopefully there is enough slack in them.
