Can someone tell me where this parts fits under the clutch pedal ...part number 66711-42150 hope you can help ..

Sounds like the block that fits under the floorboard to hold the clutch pedal down to keep the clutch disengaged for storage in a damp environment- keeps the clutch from rusting together. But that's just a guess, MHO.

doing a little research on the topic....

it is a U shaped notched block that fits under the floor board ....
much like this piece of 2 x 2 ......
