I bought a B7100HST-D tractor I am looking to restore just as a fun project. Got the tractor home and after pulling the covers off I found the engine would not turn over. What I believe happen is when the previous owner was running the tractor it started missing on them so they parked it in the weeds until years later they took to a consignment auction where I acquired it. I pulled the valve cover off to discover the snap ring came off the end of the rocker shaft and the end tappet slipped off hence the miss on #3 cylinder. Here is the question. I have found a complete head for a B7100HST-DT new at a good price. Can anyone tell me the difference is between aB7100HST-D and a B7100HST- DT is?
From my other kubota I was led to believe that DT is dual traction for 4 wheel drive which it is, but this D tractor I have is also 4x4. Just trying to see if you think this head will fit, or what key differences I need to look for.

Thank

D and DT are the same thing.
And as far as the head goes, It just needs to be for a D750, nothing else matters.

Before you get into buying a head you better open it up and see what you find inside.

And ONLY use an OEM head gasket and O-ring as aftermarket gaskets are almost always junk.

The B7100E Geared 2wd
B7100D Geared 4wd
B7100 HSTE Hydro 2wd
B7100 HSTD Hydro 4wd
All take the same D750 as did a whole lot of other equipment.
