Hi,

I just got my first tractor (kubota b7100hst) - that was a very big day:),
So now I am looking into getting a hydraulic rear tip shovel to move some sand.

I see no hydraulic outlet on the back of the tractor.

Do you know if it is possible to modify the current hydraulic system? And what to be carefull of. Suggestions & tips would be great on the best approach.

Thanks in advance.

All good.
Kristian

I have attached page 12 of the B7100 owners' manual. Look on this page for ways to use auxiliary hydraulics. The selector valve mentioned is really for a single acting external hydraulic cylinder. Typically used to dump a tipping trailer where gravity compresses the cylinder..

The hydraulic block is the way to achieve greater hydraulic capability.

Go to Kubotabooks.com and download the free Workshop Manual for the B7100HST.

I have extracted and attached the critical page for you from the WSM.

Some points which are not clear in the WSM. The auxiliary valve you buy to use for enhanced rear hydraulics must have its own pressure relief valve. It also must have a power beyond feature.

The optional cover for the hydraulic block can be hard to find..

Feel free to ask more questions.
