B7100 Belly Mower Adjustment

Just bought a B7100 w/Belly Mower from a guy who didn't know much more about it than me. I am unable to find the height adjustment for the mower...also, on the left side just below the foot board, there is a chain hanging from a U-bolt - approx. 8-10" long with a "turn-buckle" at the other end - it is unattached & clearly needs to be hooked somewhere - what do I need to do, please?

Until I see a pic, I can't be sure, but on the majority of the older Kubota MMMs the mowing height is determined by where you set the gauge wheels (casters) and the anti scalp rollers.

The chain and u bolt go to a special bracket that replaces one piece on the left back of the mower, it is then lifted by that arm.
