Someone here can probably help, but will likely need a little more information.
When you say bleeding down, how fast does this happen? Most machines that I'm aware of will bleed down over some amount of time. I have one tractor that will stay up for about a week or 10 days before it droops to the lowest spot, others will drop overnight. To some degree, one has to decide what the threshold is for accepting the rate of drop. Does it happen only while the machine is off, or while running, too?
If you lift the load all the way and then close the lock valve under the seat, does the load still drop? If it does, then the likely culprit is the O-ring seal on the lift piston. If not, then there is probably a leaking control valve.
Check those things out, then post back and let us know what you find.
