Does b6100 have a lift pump? Or does injector pump depend on gravity to feed it ? Engine tries to start, but when u release key, it dies. Just a thought. Fuel and fuel filter clean . Thanks to all

I cannot answer first two questions...... when you say you release the key, it stops....is it running when the key is in the start mode?

Have you bleed the lines? cracked the injector or injector "nut" ?

Might have a pump that is bad, but if you crack an injector ...it should push fuel out....and if not, then...........

fuel solenoid working correctly????

When did it run last? and what happened lately to create this problem?

I'm going to guess you need to bleed the lines. I say this because you mention a clean filter. Likely gravity feed and no solenoid.

A B6100 does have a lift pump. It is on the right side of the engine between the fuel filter and the injector pump.
