I have a B6100 that will not start. For starters when i purchased the tractor it started hard on the first start. Then once warm it would start every time. So i checked glow plugs an the was bad. I replaced all glow plugs. Then it wouldnt start at all. The starter was dragging hard so i replaced it with a new one. Still no go. Checked made sure i had fuel at injectors, seemed weak so i replaced the lift pump. While i was at it i cleaned the fuel tank, replaced all fuel lines an put a new fuel filter an housing on because it had a crack in it. Still wouldnt even try to fire. Smoked like crazy when tried to start it. So i pulled injectors and sent them out to be rebuilt. Guy said one was plugged up an other two was not spraying right. Put new injectors in, bleed fuel at injector pump, and at injectors. All air out and the tractor will still not even try to fire. Now it has a little bit white smoke when rolling over but not near what was before. I have not checked compression yet. Everyone ive spoke to said compression is not the issue in this case. Tried pull starting and wont even try to fire that way either. Im at a stand still an am looking for any advise of what i could check next, try, anything before i take a hammer to it. Thankyou

You done a lot of replacing critical parts. I'd go to Harbor Freight and buy their compression tester kit. About $30 if you have no coupons! You can remove either your glow plugs or injectors to get a compression reading. Then you'll know for sure.

Your not supposed to bleed AT the pump.. You might have loosened the delivery valve holders?? {part the lines screws to} U might wanna check that..torque is 30-35 FTlbs..
UNLESS your talking about the INLET LINE??
IF your talking about loosening each steel line individually, that's wrong..
IF they're NOT TIGHT, they leak fuel internally & not to the injectors..
White smoke generally means your getting fuel to the cylinders but its not "hot enough" to fire off..
Can u gain access to the side of the inj. pump?? {small cover}.. if so, watch & make sure the control rack is moving when u move the throttle..
The throttle is ABOVE idle when your starting, isn't it?? U GOTTA bump it up..1/2 is good..
Does it have an electric shut-off?? shuts off w/ the key?? or do u pull a knob??
IF its electric, MAKE SURE the solenoid is working..
1 more thing>> if the injectors were BAD.. what makes u think the pump is good???
The injectors gets its fuel FROM the pump..

I'm not familiar with this model. You replaced the glow plugs because they were bad, are they getting power now? How long do you run them?
