B6000 Transmission issue?

I have a B6000DT that has started losing propulsion (forward and backward, and in 4wd as well as 2wd). It will stop moving and makes a rotational grinding noise. I split the tractor and the clutch, pressure plate, and throw-out bearing all look new and are within tolerance. I’m now suspecting a transmission issue, and was hoping for some advice. Should I be looking at shifting fork rails, or something else?

Thank you in advance for any advice you all have!

It will do this while moving, or sometimes do it when starting from a stop. It Doesn’t seem to have any effect how long you use it or how warm it is, it’s doing it quite regularly.

There is only a couple things that can cause it to slow down, most common would be a clutch or pressure plate issue.
The other would be if a part of the drive is stripped, that would usually cause some serious noise when it happens.
