I inherited a b6000 tractor and am trying to find some info about it's hydraulics (I know next to nothing about hydraulics so please bear with me).

It has a hydraulic control(2 lever) off the right hand side with hoses that attach to the motor. from the control then it has 4 hoses that run down to a blade on the front of the tractor. one of the levers runs the up/down and the other turns the blade left/right.

I'm pretty sure the control and blade are aftermarket or at least they weren't part of the 6000 package originally. I guess what I'm looking for is if this was a common setup and if anyone has any brand/model specific info. I can't seem to locate numbers anywhere on either the control or blade.

Might post up some pictures. It probably is a less then usual attachment setup. But then, the B6000 was an unusual tractor to begin with! You're probably aware the PTO turns counter-clockwise and makes it difficult to find a 3 pt mower. A reverser is required on the PTO, and once again, their difficult to find, and expensive when you do.

Are you needing parts for the valve and blade?

I do know about the PTO, but that's not a huge deal as I have another tractor I use for pto stuff, plus I have a flail that came with this one.

I'll get some pictures up soon. I'm not really needing parts right now, but like to know what I have. I am going to need hoses but I think that has more to do with ends matching than specific brands/models.

Thank you for your help

I'd take the hoses to a nearby hyd. shop and have them make them to length required and fittings as needed.

If you know, and can describe, the fittings you can order hose on line much less cost then big store price!
