B3350 re-gen

Have run into an issue on the "parked" re-gen. Went thru all steps, did the parked re-gen three times before light went out. Still have engine light and alarm going off. Was able to briefly catch "error 221" on screen. Tractor has 1247 hrs. on it. Any clues how to erase code and shut off alarm? What the 221 code is? Thanks

The B3350's have been plagued with issues from day one.
I would go strait to the dealer as there are multiple things that need to be done to make the engine do it's regen's effectively.
