B3200 bogging down

Tractor stops running when trying to run faster or push or pull more load on and off. Replaced fuel filter but still happens, any input, any guides on taking fuel tank out

How is the fuel flow from the tank outlet?
If it's flowing good then that's not your issue.

Are you saying just turning the throttle up while stationary doesn't work?
